Taka11 Terms and Conditions — Complete Terms of Platform Use

To create an account on Taka11, you must meet the following requirements. If these conditions are not met, registration will not be possible, and any account created in violation may be closed later.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must register with an active Bangladeshi mobile number and email address.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Each person may register only one account — multiple accounts using the same ID, mobile number, or payment method are not allowed.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, Taka11 may request proof of identity, proof of address, or payment method verification at any time. Taka11 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if KYC is not completed within the specified timeframe.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on taka11. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳20
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment method registered to your account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, or USDT).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Taka11 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals if unusual or suspicious activity is detected on an account, pending the outcome of an investigation.

If a deposit fails or funds are deducted but not credited to your account, please notify Support within 24 hours. Taka11 is not directly liable for payment gateway server issues, but will always assist in resolving them.

It's important to understand these rules before placing a bet on taka11. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — so please bet carefully.

• Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment are final — any subsequent odds changes will not affect your confirmed bet.
• Taka11 reserves the right to void bets placed on technical errors, data feed issues, or clearly incorrect odds.
• A cash-out option may be available in live betting, but it may not be active for every match or situation.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded, unless the betting rules specify otherwise.
• If any selection in an accumulator bet is voided, it will be removed and the bet will be settled using the odds of the remaining selections.
• Taka11 may set maximum bet limits on any match or player.

If you dispute the outcome of a bet, submit a written complaint to our support team. Taka11's decision is final in resolving disputes, though all complaints are reviewed fairly.

Taka11's bonus and promotion offers are attractive, but each one comes with specific conditions. Please read the terms of any offer before claiming it. The general rules are:

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered members only. Closing an existing account and opening a new one to claim the bonus will result in both accounts being closed.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement (typically 10x to 30x) that must be met first.
• Bonuses may only be used on specified games or markets — wagering on any game excluded under the bonus terms will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Bonuses typically expire within 7 to 30 days — any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited once the validity period ends.
• If multiple bonus claims are detected from the same household or IP address, all associated accounts will be subject to investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Taka11. Violations may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage — systematically placing bets solely to exploit bonus offers.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Allowing another person to use your account, or placing bets using funds from a third party.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities or incorrect odds on the platform.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegally obtained funds.

Taka11 uses an advanced fraud detection system. Any unusual activity triggers an immediate investigation, and accounts may be temporarily suspended if necessary.

Taka11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Evidence of terms violation or fraudulent activity.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• When a voluntary self-exclusion request is submitted (as part of responsible gaming).
• Extended inactivity (12+ months).
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

To close your account voluntarily, submit a written request to support@taka11.click. It is your responsibility to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.

Taka11 believes betting should be for entertainment. When betting becomes a source of stress rather than enjoyment, it's time to seek help. We offer the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Maximum loss limit within a specified time period.
• Session Timer: Automatic alerts after a set period of time.
• Take a Break: Betting suspended for 24 hours up to 30 days.

Any dispute between taka11 and a user is first addressed through our support team. If a resolution is not reached within 30 days of contacting support, the matter may be escalated to the platform's licensing authority. taka11 is committed to a fair resolution in all cases.

Taka11 may partially or fully update these Terms at any time. You will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect, via email or in-app notification. However, changes required for urgent security or legal reasons may take effect immediately. Continued use of taka11 after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are drafted in Bangla, and the Bangla version is the authoritative text. In the event of any inconsistency in a translation, the Bangla version shall prevail.
